menusas is an independent cloud platform that enables any retail HoReCa businesses to create and maintain their menu/ catalog and at the same time enables direct access from guest’s devices without the need of an application download or registration.

Guests have unique options to search and customize the menu (i.e. cross category filtering) as well as private direct messaging with the person in charge.

Every menu created generates a unique link that leads to a fully functional menu though any browser and adapts to the screen device of the user. For additional convenience a unique QR code is also provided in order to be used for online and printed applications.

menusas is also equipped by a powerful yet super-easy dashboard to monitor and edit any detail presented on the menu.

The application does not collect any personalized data from the guests nor it asks for any type of registration or user frustrating questions.

By a scan (QR), tap (NFC) or following a link from any online resource the menu is available to the guest’s eyes. Crisp text, vivid photos, powerful search and juicy engaging details that helps to “taste” before ordering.

Although we have an easy item by item manual entry and an automated import from spreadsheet, we do provide catalog import services.

It is possible to provide custom, high quality images according to your specs and brief. Please let us know your request and we will respond promptly and with relevant sample shots for you to review.

menusas is independent and does not interfere with any of your current infrastructure or procedures. It is an enhancement to your already established operations and aims to improve the guest’s experience and level of perceived service.

No. The users can have direct access to your menu without any application. Menusas is available through any mobile or desktop browser. Moreover it doesn't requires registration from the user so there is no extra step that user shall make in order to view the menu

Menusas is a 100% web-based cloud platform, meaning you can access it from anywhere and there’s no software to install on your computer. If you are already registered just go to menusas.com and click login on the upper right corner. After entering your credentials you will be directed to your dashboard

Try it, it’s on us. You can have unlimited access to menusas for 10 days, with an extra 7 days to decide if you would like to upgrade your subscription. No commitments or credit card data are required. After the 17 days period in case of no subscription your data will be deleted.

With the free trial, you can use menusas at no charge for a total of 17 days (no credit card required). After your trial is up, you can choose to upgrade or not. If for any reason you need more time to decide please send us an email with the subject “extend” and a short message with your request, from your account registered email and we will process it promptly and respond.

Menusas does not collect or retain any data of your guests. Any data needed for the application to work with, are anonymous and not guest specific. All operations at guests mobile are restricted to a minimum that ensures the positive user experience. For the same reasons menusas is GDPR safe and conforms to the strictest privacy regulations

Menusas is by design made to be very easy and straight-forward in setting up and operation. However there is a support function in the dashboard to help you overcome any issue faced. Menusas serves only the needs of your business to enhance the engagement of your clients with your menu. It doesn't provide social services that permit your guest to browse other businesses or user comments. The only possible social media 1-way action is for the guest to be able to post to his/hers facebook an item of your catalogue.

First of all, the messaging feature is activated or deactivated easily from the dashboard so it is something that you can see in action and decide if you will continue to use it or not. From our research we have found that guests are very happy to have an option to communicate directly with the administrator/ person in charge as they perceive it. It helps to feel better served and it also minimizes negative reviews afterwards since the guest has the option to directly express any comments through a message and so help the manager deal with the situation. Most of the time what the guest is actually looking for is the attention and response given to the issue and not the solution.

Having your menu or catalog available in more than one language is an option activated or extended from your dashboard. After you choose the translate option from your dashboard you will also select the languages in which you want your menu to be available. This choice can also be altered afterwards. Menusas offers three ways of translating your menu 1. Automatic (through google translate engine) 2. Custom (you can input your preferred translations) 3. Hybrid (You can start with auto translate option, then review the translated fields and correct or overwrite the existing translation with your custom)

Every menu created in menusas is given a unique address with the following structure: yourname.menusas.com/menu. By using this address in any browser (mobile or desktop) you will be guided to the menu. In order to make things easier we have also included a unique menu QR code to your dashboard. You can download it and use it in any print or digital applications. For example you can create a printed table top T-stands/displays/tents etc. Your guests are already familiar with QR codes and as soon as they scan it will be directed to your menu. Furthermore you can combine the QR Graphic with a table/position number so to be clear for the guest if messaging is enabled to also include the position of the request.

Besides using the QR code you can have many alternative ways of sharing your menu address to your guests. From facebook and messenger links to sms and other print materials (on the printed menu).

Moreover you can use large tablets or touch screens at the entrance or even out of the store to let the potential guests browse your menu and decide.

In conclusion the ways to connect are QR code, NFC, Social media or web Link, SMS, on wifi connect (as a landing page) or simply by typing the url address to any browser.

Menusas can be used with or without photos, just with text descriptions. For each option (photos,texts) you can choose if you would like your menu to appear in list view or in a classic categories view. Menusas has 4 visualization combinations that can be changed with a click and have an immediate effect on the way your guests are viewing your menu

You can choose from the predefined visualizations that also include some extra customization options but you can't make your own customized visualization. We are also working in enriching the visualization options so every suggestion or comment is more than welcomed. Our main concern is to offer clean and functional themes that can work in any display, device and browser without issues.

Consider building a specialized website to promote your menu/ catalog that would also have an easy and functional CMS (content management system) plus an almost unlimited web space for your media assets. On top of that add some very useful and mandatory functions for a modern menu like translate, private messaging and cross-category or free text filtering. Make all the above by using state of the art development framework that will continue to function for the years to come.. Last and recurring; consider the monthly and yearly costs that are involved to have your application live, running, supported and upgraded. And all that without per user license fees or guest traffic upcharges. We believe that our subscription price is fair and according to our modest calculations using menusas is up to 70% cheaper than other comparable solutions.
